4/2009 | Umowa nabycia spółki drogowej

UNIBEP S.A. (Emitent) informuje, iż w dniu 21 stycznia br. (umowa wchodzi w życie z dniem 2 lutego 2009 r.) pomiędzy UNIBEP S.A., a Bogdanem Józefem Makowskim i Arturem Pawłem Makowskim została zawarta umowa sprzedaży 100% udziałów MAKBUD Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Łomży. Łączna cena zapłaty została określona na 16.500.000 zł i będzie zapłacona w ratach. Ostatnia transza płatności zostanie dokonana w ciągu 6 miesięcy od dnia zawarcia umowy.
