Unibep SA signed an agreement with Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA for the construction of a housing estate in Łódź. The completion of the investment is to take 18 months.
It will be located in a quiet, green area on Kusocińskiego 115 and 117 Street in the city district of Łódź called Polesie. There is a botanical garden, an aquapark, and the Atlas Arena event hall nearby. Apart from green areas, there are numerous shops and service outlets close to the housing estate, including a shopping centre, restaurants, and fitness clubs.

In the first stage of the investment, two buildings will be built on an area of 1 ha. Their total usable area will be 8,400 m2 and they will comprise 166 apartments. The apartments have functional and easily adaptable layouts. Most of them are medium-sized premises of 40-60 m2. The premises located on the ground floor have gardens, and upper premises - loggias and balconies. The body of the building is distinguished by its simplicity and elegance.

The construction site will be handed over in September and construction is expected to be completed after 18 months.
