4/2010 | AVIVA OFE exceeds the 5% threshold in the initial capital of UNIBEP S.A.

UNIBEP S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 20 January 2010 the Company received notification from Aviv Open Retirement Fund Aviva BZ WBK („Aviva OFE”) about exceeding the 5% level in the Issuer’s initial capital.
