UNIBEP S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 3 March 2010 it signed a contract for execution as a general contractor of a residential complex in Konstancin Jeziorna near Warsaw. The Ordering Party is SJM Investment 2009 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw.
