Management informs that on 29 July 2010 the Supervisory Board of UNIBEP S.A. selected an entity authorised to verify financial reports for the 1st half of 2010 (individual of the Company and consolidated of the Group). The selected entity is the company Audit&Tax Group Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Białystok, at Sienkiewicza 55a apart. 54-57. The selected company is registered in the list of entities authorised to audit financial statements maintained by the National Council of Expert Auditors with a number 3364.
