On the 22 December 2010 Unibep signed an agreement with Mr. Wojciech Ciechulski concerning a purchase of 100% shares of „Galeria Kutno” Sp z o.o. located in Warsaw. „Galeria Kutno” is a special purpose company established to execute a shopping mall located in Kutno, Lodzkie voivodship.
