9/2011 | Signing of a contract concerning perpetual usufruct of a office realty in Warsaw

UNIBEP S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 23 February 2011 it signed a contract with Inwestycja Grzybowska Sp.z o.o. in Warsaw („Inwestycja Grzybowska”), a subsidiary company of PEKAES S.A., according to which Inwestycja Grzybowska sold UNIBEP S.A. a right for perpetual usufruct a office realty in Warsaw.
