(Issuer) announces that on 20 December 2013 the company received information about registration of a share capital increase, pursuant to the issuance of series C ordinary bearer shares (announced by the company in Current Report no. 48/2013, dated 31 October 2013), by the District Court in Białystok, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, on 16 December 2013.
