(Issuer) informs that on 10 April 2014 it was informed that the District Court in Białystok, 12th Business Division of the National Court Register, registered on 7 April 2014 an increase in the share capital of the Company by way of issue of series C ordinary bearer shares as advised by the Company in the current report No. 14/2014 of 14 February 2014.
