(the Issuer) announces that on 10th September 2014 the Issuer has received a notice on signing, on 9th September 2014 by a company belonging to the Issuer capital group, the UNIGO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością [Limited liability company] with its registered office in Warsaw with the company „ELEINVEST” Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością [Limited liability company] with its seat in Warsaw, an agreement on acquiring the right of perpetual usufruct of immovable property situated at Kondratowicza Street in Warsaw.
