(Issuer) informs that on 17 December 2014 it was notified of registration by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Department of the National Court Register on 17 December 2014, of the increase of the share capital of the Issuer’s subsidiary – i.e. UNIDEVELOPMENT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw.
