The Management Board of UNIBEP S.A. (Issuer) announces that on 16 November 2015 it became aware of the other party having signed the agreement dated 14 November 2015 for the construction of two modular buildings within the investment called Lyngheimåsen 2 in Mo and Rana in Norway.
