In reference to the current report no. 3/2015 of 26 January 2015, the Management Board of UNIBEP S.A. (the Issuer) announces that it is changing the publication date of the extended consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2015 from 31 August 2015 to 26 August 2015.
