(Issuer) announces that on 13 January 2016 it received a statement of the ordering party – the company W33 Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw (belonging to the capital group Okam Capital) – dated 7 January 2016 on ordering the Issuer to start works regarding the construction of the housing building at ul. Woronicza in Warsaw.
