UNIBEP S.A. [joint-stock company] (Issuer) announces that on 7^th April 2016 it has signed an agreement for implementation in general contractor system of a complex of residential and service building under the name „Rondo Wiatraczna” at Grochowska street in Warsaw (Investment).
