44/2016 | Conclusion of the contract for the construction of building in modular technology under the project of “EnergiParken” in Melhus in Norway

The Management Board of UNIBEP S.A. (the Issuer) hereby informs that on 10 November 2016, it signed the contract for the construction of six buildings in modular technology (the Contract) in the framework of the investment EnergiParken in Melhus in Norway (the Investment).
