The Management Board of UNIBEP S.A. (the Issuer) informs that the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of UNIBEP S.A. held on 18 May 2016 adopted a resolution on payment of dividends for 2015. In accordance with the adopted resolution the shareholders will receive a dividend of 0,17 gr (seventeen groszy) per share.
