The Management Board of UNIBEP SA [Issuer], with reference to current report No. 7/2026 of 29 January 2026 concerning the receipt by its subsidiary UNIHOUSE SA, with its registered office in Bielsk Podlaski [UNIHOUSE], of an order for the delivery of modules from Adapteo Group Oy, with its registered office in Finland [Ordering Party], announces that on 9 March 2026 UNIHOUSE confirmed the acceptance for execution of another order [Order] for the delivery of modules received from the Ordering Party. The Order was placed under the framework supply agreement for the years 2023–2026 [Framework Agreement].
