The Management Board of Unibep SA [Issuer, Company] announces that, following the completion on 16 February 2026 of the aggregation of preliminary financial data conducted for the purpose of preparing the financial statements for 2025, the Issuer has decided to disclose selected preliminary estimated financial and operational data of the Unibep Capital Group [Capital Group] for 2025 (figures for the corresponding period of 2024 are shown in brackets), which are provided in the appendix to this current report.
