The Management Board of Unibep SA [Issuer, Company], with reference to current report No. 10/2026 of 9 February 2026, announces that on 12 February 2026 it became aware that on the same date its subsidiary, Unihouse SA with its registered office in Bielsk Podlaski [UNIHOUSE] entered into an Agreement [Agreement] for the execution of a public procurement project “Comprehensive modernisation and expansion of hospital infrastructure (Urology, Endoscopy, Operating Theatre) – design, construction and equipment as part of the project entitled ‘Improving access to oncology diagnostics and treatment services at the Multi-Specialist Hospital – SPZOZ in Zgorzelec”, implemented by the Ordering Party under the National Recovery Plan and using its own funds [Investment].
