The Management Board of Unibep SA [Issuer, Company] announces that on 9 February 2026 it became aware that on the same date the Multi-Specialist Hospital of Independent Public Healthcare Centre in Zgorzelec [Ordering Party] selected, as the most advantageous, the offer submitted by the Company’s subsidiary, Unihouse SA, with its registered office in Bielsk Podlaski [UNIHOUSE], in public procurement proceedings for the project “Comprehensive modernisation and expansion of hospital infrastructure (Urology, Endoscopy, Operating Theatre) – design, construction and equipment as part of the project entitled ‘Improving access to oncology diagnostics and treatment services at the Multi-Specialist Hospital in Zgorzelec”, implemented by the Ordering Party under the National Recovery Plan with its own funds [Investment].
