The Management Board of Unibep SA [Issuer, Company] announces that on 6 February 2026 it concluded a construction works agreement (Agreement) for implementation in general contracting system of a construction investment in Mistrzejowicka Street in Kraków.
The ordering party is Smok Development Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw [Ordering Party], a company belonging to the Victoria Dom Group. The subject of the Agreement is the construction of two multi-family residential buildings, together with an underground garage, technical infrastructure and site development. The buildings, comprising 8 above-ground storeys, will include a total of 104 residential units, 3 commercial units and 128 parking spaces in the underground garage [Investment].
The investment is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2026 and be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.
