The Management Board of UNIBEP SA [Issuer] announces that on 29 January 2026 a subsidiary of the Issuer, UNIHOUSE SA with its registered office in Bielsk Podlaski [UNIHOUSE] confirmed acceptance for execution of an order [Order] for the delivery of modules, received from Adapteo Group Oy with its registered office in Finland [Ordering Party]. The Order was placed in performance of the framework supply agreement binding on the parties for the years 2023–2026 [Framework Agreement].
The subject of the Order is the production of 163 modules in a technology agreed with the Ordering Party, which will be intended for the construction of public utility buildings.
