Publication dates of periodic reports of UNIBEP SA in the financial year 2026

The Management Board of UNIBEP SA [Issuer] announces the publication dates of periodic reports in the financial year 2026:

1. Consolidated quarterly reports:

the extended consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 will be published on 29 May 2026.

the extended consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 will be published on 23 November 2026.

2. The extended consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2026 will be published on 11 September 2026.

3. Annual reports:

the separate annual for 2026 will be published on 31 March 2026.

the consolidated annual report for 2026 will be published on 31 March 2026.
