The Management Board of Unibep SA [Issuer, Company] announces that on 14 January 2026 it obtained information that on the same date its subsidiary, Unihouse SA with its registered office in Bielsk Podlaski [UNIHOUSE], concluded an agreement [Agreement] for the execution of a public procurement titled “Expansion of the Care and Treatment Facility through the creation of infrastructure for chronically ill patients to receive services aimed at supporting vital functions”, implemented under the National Recovery Plan, along with the renovation of the roof of the existing building, financed from the Ordering Party’s own funds [Investment].
