The Manufacturing plant of Unibep SA [Issuer, Company] announces that on 9 January 2026 it obtained information that on the same date the Multi-specialist Hospital, Independent Public Healthcare Institution (Polish: Wielospecjalistyczny Szpital – Samodzielny Publiczny Zakład Opieki Zdrowotnej) in Zgorzelec [Ordering Party] selected the offer of its subsidiary, Unihouse SA with its registered office in Bielsk Podlaski [UNIHOUSE], as the most advantageous in the public procurement procedure titled “Expansion of the Care and Treatment Facility through the creation of infrastructure for chronically ill patients to receive services aimed at supporting vital functions”, implemented under the National Recovery Plan, along with the renovation of the roof of the existing building, financed from the Ordering Party’s own funds [Investment].
