The Management Board of Unibep SA [Company] informs that due to the completion on 9 January 2026 of the preliminary aggregation of information concerning activities of companies from Unidevelopment Group on recorded in the fourth quarter of 2025:
number of premises recognised in the result (understood as number of delivered premises with full sale price received
sales of residential units (understood as concluded development and preliminary agreements),
number of reservation agreements.
The Company provides the data in this regard below;
The Unidevelopment Group recognised 148 residential units in its results for the fourth quarter of 2025, including 4 units as part of joint development projects with external entities.
Cumulatively in 2025, 303 residential units were recognised in the results, including 24 units as part of joint development projects with external entities.
The Unidevelopment Group’s net sales in the fourth quarter of 2025 amounted to 94 residential units. In Q4 of the current year, the Unidevelopment Group conducted sales in eight investments.
Cumulatively in 2025, 296 residential units were sold, of which 14 units were part of joint development projects with external entities.
At the end of the reporting period, the Unidevelopment Group had 10 reservation agreements for units in ongoing projects.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Unidevelopment Group began handing over apartments in the first phase of the Kusocińskiego investment in Gdańsk, and also launched a new investment in Warsaw, which will include 237 units.
