With reference to Current Report No. 68/2025 of 10 September 2025, reporting the conclusion of an agreement with Uni 3 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, a subsidiary of Unidevelopment SA, for the execution, under a general contracting system, of a residential investment on Omulewska Street in Warsaw [Investment] and Current Report No. 80/2025 of 21 September 2025, reporting the conclusion of Annex No. 1 to the Agreement, the Management Board of Unibep SA [Issuer, Company] announces the conclusion on 12 December 2025 of Annex No. 2 [Annex] to the Agreement, confirming that all conditions for the Agreement to enter into force were fulfilled on the same day.
