The Management Board of Unibep SA [Issuer, Company], informs that on 14 November 2025 it received information that on the same day the Municipality of Mielno [Contracting Authority] selected the offer of its subsidiary, Unihouse SA with its registered office in Bielsk Podlaski [UNIHOUSE], as the most advantageous in the public procurement procedure titled: “Construction of a kindergarten building with a nursery section in Mielno on plot no. 909/7, precinct 0020 Mielno, and construction of the access road KD.L.03 on plot no. 909/4, precinct 0020 Mielno” [the Investment].
