With reference to Current Report No. 68/2025 of 10 September 2025 r., informing about the conclusion of an agreement with Uni 3 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, a subsidiary of Unidevelopment S.A., for the execution, under a general contracting system, of a residential investment at Omulewska Street in Warsaw [Investment], the Management Board of Unibep SA [Issuer, Company] informs that on 21 October 2025 an annex [Annex] to the Agreement was concluded, extending the deadline for the conditions precedent for the Agreement to enter into force until 31 December 2025.
