With reference to Current Report No. 74/2025 of 29 September 2025, the Management Board of Unibep SA [Issuer, Company] informs that on 13 October 2025 it received information that on the same day a contract was awarded to its subsidiary Unihouse SA with its registered office in Bielsk Podlaski [UNIHOUSE], for the execution, using modular technology, of multi-family buildings with an underground garage in Frankfurt am Main, Germany [Investment].
