With reference to Current Report No. 31/2025 of 12 May 2025 regarding the issuance by the Head of the Wielkopolska Customs and Tax Office in Poznań [Tax Authority] of a decision concerning the subsidiary Monday Development Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poznań [MDV] on corporate income tax (CIT) settlements for 2019 [Decision], the Management Board of Unibep SA [Company, Issuer] informs that, as a result of MDV’s appeal against the Decision to the Director of the Tax Administration Chamber in Poznań [Appeal Authority], on 10 October 2025 MDV received a decision in which the Appeal Authority annulled in full the first-instance Tax Authority Decision and referred the case back for reconsideration by the Tax Authority.
Information about further key stages of the proceedings will be provided by the Company in the corresponding reports. At the same time, the Management Board of the Company emphasises that it maintains the position expressed in Current Report No. 31/2025 of 12 May 2025 regarding the lack of impact of this event on the financial situation of the Unidevelopment Group and the Issuer’s Capital Group.
