The Management Board of Unibep SA [Issuer] informs that in connection with the completion on 9 October 2025 of the preliminary aggregation of information concerning activities of companies from Unidevelopment Group recorded in the third quarter of 2025:
- number of premises recognised in the result (understood as number of delivered premises with full sale price received);
- sales of residential units (understood as concluded development and preliminary agreements);
- number of reservation agreements.
The Company provides the data in this regard below;
The Unidevelopment Group recognised 58 residential units in its results for the third quarter of 2025, including 5 units as part of joint development projects with external entities.
Cumulatively in 2025, 155 residential units were recognised in the results, including 20 units as part of joint development projects with external entities.
The Unidevelopment Group’s net sales in the third quarter of 2025 amounted to 92 residential units, of which 5 were units in development projects carried out with external entities. In the third quarter the Unidevelopment Group conducted sales in 7 investments.
Cumulatively in 2025, 202 residential units were sold, of which 14 units were part of joint development projects with external entities.
At the end of the reporting period, the Unidevelopment had concluded 3 reservation agreements for residential units in ongoing investments.
The increase in apartment sales recorded in the third quarter of 2025 is primarily due to market factors, including reductions in interest rates and the rise in Polish households’ incomes. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Unidevelopment Group will begin handing over apartments in the first phase of the Kusocińskiego investment in Gdańsk, and will also launch a new investment in Warsaw, which will comprise 237 units.
