With reference to Current Report No. 67/2025 of 1 September 2025, the Management Board of Unibep SA [Issuer, Company] informs that on 12 September 2025 it received information about the conclusion, on the same day, by its subsidiary Unihouse SA with its registered office in Bielsk Podlaski [UNIHOUSE], of an agreement for the execution of a public procurement investment titled “Construction of a multi-family residential building with external installations; gas, electricity, water supply, sanitary and stormwater sewerage, and the demolition of existing outbuildings in Kielno (gmina Szemud)” [Agreement].
