Conclusion of a loan agreement by Unidevelopment SA for the purpose of financing current operations, including intra-group loans

The Management Board of Unibep SA [Issuer, Company] informs that on 11 September 2025 it received information about the conclusion, on 10 September 2025, of a loan agreement [Agreement] between its subsidiary Unidevelopment SA [Unidevelopment] and Bank Ochrony Środowiska SA [Bank], under which the Bank granted Unidevelopment a non-revolving loan of up to PLN 30.0 million [Loan].
