The Management Board of Unibep SA [Issuer, Company] informs that on 10 September 2025 it received the resignation of Zbigniew Gościcki from his position as a Member of the management Board, effective at the end of 10 September 2025 r. Zbigniew Gościcki stated that the reason for the resignation was the need to focus on achieving the objectives and tasks assigned to him regarding the further development of the real estate segment within the Unibep Group while continuing to serve as President of the Management Board of Unidevelopment SA.
On the same day, the Supervisory Board of the Issuer adopted a resolution to maintain the five-number composition of the Management Board and to appoint Paweł Nogalski as a member of the Management Board of the Company for the current, 7th joint term of office of Unibep SA effective from 11 September 2025.
