The Management Board of Unibep SA [Issuer, Company] announces that on 1 September 2025, it received information on the same day the Social Housing Initiative KZN-Kaszuby Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szemud [Ordering Party] selected the offer submitted by its subsidiary Unihouse SA with its registered office in Bielsk Podlaski [UNIHOUSE], as the most advantageous in the public procurement procedure titled “Construction of a multi-family residential building together with external installations: gas, electrical, water supply, sanitary and storm water sewage systems, and demolition of existing utility buildings in Kielno (Szemud municipality)” [Investment].
