The Management Board of Unibep SA [Issuer, Company] announces that on 21 August 2025, it received the information that, on the same day, its subsidiary Unihouse SA with its registered office in Bielsk Podlaski [UNIHOUSE], entered into an agreement [Agreement] for the execution of a public contract titled “Construction of two residential buildings on Karkonoska Street in Lubawka” [Investment].
The Ordering Party is Gmina Lubawka [Ordering Party].
The subject of the Agreement is the comprehensive construction of two three-storey multi-family residential buildings, comprising a total of 56 apartments.
The remuneration of UNIHOUSE for implementation of the investment is approx. PLN 29.7 million gross, i.e., approx. PLN 27.2 million [Remuneration].
The implementation period for the investment is 15 months from the day of signing the Agreement.
