The Management Board of Unibep SA [Issuer, Company] informs that on 23 May 2024, the Board concluded a construction agreement [Agreement] for the implementation in the general contracting system of a housing construction investment called “Fokus Ursus” in Posag 7 Panien Street in Warsaw.
