The Management Board of Unibep SA [Issuer, Company] informs about the conclusion, on 27 March 2024, by the consortium [Consortium] comprising Unibep SA with its registered office in Bielsk Podlaski [Consortium Leader] and Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Komunikacyjnego Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łomża [Consortium Partner] of an agreement for the implementation a public procurement procedure titled “Construction and extension of the provincial road No. 679, including road engineering facilities and the necessary technical infrastructure on section Łomża – Mężenin” [Investment].
