The new term of office of the Supervisory Board of Unibep SA

The Management Board of UNIBEP SA (Issuer, Company) informs than on 21 June 2023, the Ordinary General Meeting of UNIBEP SA adopted a resolution on the on the dismissal of the current composition of the Company’s Supervisory Board of the 6^th term of office and the election, on the same day, of the Company’s Supervisory Board for the 7^th term of office in the unchanged composition.
