Decision of the AGM of UNIBEP SA concerning the payment of the dividend for 2022

The Management Board of Unibep SA (Issuer, Company) informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, presiding on 21 June 2023, adopted a resolution on dividend payment for the year 2022. Pursuant to the adopted resolution, the Shareholders will be paid a dividend of PLN 0.22 per share.
