Conclusion of a conditional agreement for implementation of a construction investment in Milczańska Street in Poznań

The Management Board of Unibep SA (Issuer, Company) informs that on 30 November 2022 concluded a conditional agreement for implementation in general contracting system (excluding preparatory works defined in the agreement) of a construction investment in Poznań in Milczańska Street (Agreement).
