The Management Board of Unibep SA (Issuer, Company) informs that on 3 June 2022 concluded a construction works agreement (Agreement) for implementation in general contracting system of a construction investment in Kolejowa Street in Warsaw. The ordering party is PHN Kolejowa Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in (Ordering Party).
