70/2020 | Conclusion of a preliminary contract for implementation and sale of a residential project in Poznań

The Management Board of Unibep SA (The Issuer) informs that on 5 December 2020, the two subsidiaries of Unidevelopment SA (Unidevelopment), i.e., FAMA DEVELOPMENT sp. z o.o. Sp. k. (FAMA) and 1 FAMA DEVELOPMENT sp. z o.o. Sp. k. ([1 FAMA) and the institutional investor (Buyer) concluded a preliminary sale agreement.
