The Management Board of Unibep SA (Issuer, Company) informs that on 4 November 2020 The Issuer's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to appoint Adam Poliński to the position of a member of the Management Board of the Company for the current 6th term of office of the Management Board of Unibep SA, effective from 1 January 2021.
