28/2020 | Decision of the AGM of Unibep SA concerning the payment of dividend for 2019.
The Management Board of the Unibep SA (Issuer, Company) informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Unibep SA, held on 15 June 2020 adopted a resolution concerning the payment of dividend for 2019. Pursuant to the resolution of the Shareholders, a dividend of PLN 0.22 per share will be paid out.
