(Issuer, Company) informs that on April 4, 2018, the Supervisory Board of the Issuer adopted a resolution to appoint Mr Krzysztof Mikolajczyk as a member of the Management Board for the current 5th term of the Management Board of Unibep S.A. with effect from 1 May 2018.
