The Management Board of UNIBEP S.A. (Issuer, Company) informs that on March 16, 2018, Mr Marcin Piotr Drobek resigned from the Management Board and from the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board of Unibep S.A. with effect as of 30 April 2018.
