Unibep S.A. board of directors (Issuer, Company) informs that the Annual general Meeting of UNIBEP S.A. Shareholders held on 13 June 2017 adopted a resolution on the payment of dividends for 2016. According to the resolution, a dividend of 20 gr (twenty grosz) per share will be paid.
